Matt Powers

Holding a BBA and MBA from Baylor University, Matt Powers has been building homes in the Houston Market since 1992. Prior to founding Olympia, he co-founded a specialized building company, and has extensive real estate development experience.

Tom Powers

Holding a BBA from Baylor University, Tom Powers is an entrepreneur/investor and the former Chairman of Transamerica Fund Management Company. His personal experience in custom design development and project management help to provide the concepts for many of Olympia's Homes.

Dewey Hennessee

Holding a BBA from University of Texas, Dewey Hennessee has been building homes in the Houston Market since 1978.

Prior to his involvement with Olympia Builders, he has headed major national homebuilders purchasing departments, and has lead a previous company that his father founded in the late 1950's.
