1. ACES Builders’ Warranty. The ACES Builders' Warranty provides clearly written performance standards describing the builder's responsibilities during the first year of the warranty, first and second year on certain mechanical systems and a full 10 years on major structural integrity of the home. 2. National Association of Home Builders. NAHB exists to represent the building industry by serving its members and affiliated state and local builders associations. To achieve an overall mission of member satisfaction, NAHB concentrates on the following goals:

3. Greater Houston Builders Association. Chartered in 1941, the Greater Houston Builders Association is a trade association representing all aspects of the residential building industry in the greater Houston area. The association interacts with the government, community and general public to enhance the business climate for its members, and to provide quality obtainable housing to the community it serves. The association is also active in community outreach and charitable events.
